Booking Terms & Conditions<\/h2>

1. Who we are<\/strong><\/h5>

These Booking Terms apply to bookings made with TravRex [insert legal entity name, ABN and address] (‘TravRex’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’). By requesting or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.<\/p>

2. Our role<\/strong><\/h5>

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, TravRex acts as a travel booking agent or intermediary. We arrange travel services such as flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, guides and experiences through third-party suppliers. Those suppliers provide travel services, and their own terms and conditions also apply.<\/p>

3. Quotes and prices<\/strong><\/h5>

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Package prices may be based on assumptions such as twin share, minimum numbers, travel dates, room category, flight availability, supplier rates and currency exchange rates. Prices are not confirmed until we issue a written confirmation and required payment is received.<\/p>

4. Booking confirmation<\/strong><\/h5>

A booking is confirmed only when TravRex accepts your booking in writing and the required deposit or full payment has cleared. You must check all names, dates, passport details and itinerary information immediately. Name corrections and changes may incur supplier and administration fees.<\/p>

5. Payments<\/strong><\/h5>

You must pay the deposit, balance and any other charges by the due dates shown on your invoice or confirmation. If payment is late, suppliers may cancel services or reprice the booking. Cards, payment platform, bank transfer, international transfer or instalment fees may apply and will be disclosed where applicable.<\/p>

6. Changes by you<\/strong><\/h5>

Any change request must be made in writing by the lead traveler. Changes are subject to supplier approval, availability, fare rules and package conditions. TravRex may charge a reasonable administration fee in addition to supplier charges.<\/p>

7. Cancellations by you<\/strong><\/h5>

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the lead traveler. Cancellation charges depend on supplier terms, the timing of cancellation, ticketing status, hotel rules, tour arrangements and non-refundable components. Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.<\/p>

8. Changes or cancellations by suppliers<\/strong><\/h5>

Travel suppliers may change schedules, hotels, flights, routes, inclusions or other arrangements for operational, safety, weather, regulatory or commercial reasons. We will assist you with available remedies under supplier terms and applicable law, but we are not responsible for supplier acts or omissions beyond our control.<\/p>

9. Passports, visas and travel requirements<\/strong><\/h5>

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry permits, health requirements, transit rules, vaccination requirements and any other government requirements. TravRex may provide general information, but this is not legal, immigration or medical advice.<\/p>

10. Travel insurance<\/strong><\/h5>

TravRex strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance from the time you pay your deposit. Some packages may require travel insurance as a condition of travel. Insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, luggage, delays and supplier insolvency where available.<\/p>

11. Traveler responsibility<\/strong><\/h5>

You must ensure you are medically and physically fit for the itinerary, disclose special requirements, behave safely and respectfully, and follow reasonable instructions from suppliers, guides and authorities.<\/p>

12. Liability<\/strong><\/h5>

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, TravRex is not liable for losses caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, traveller conduct, incorrect information provided by you, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p>

13. Governing law<\/strong><\/h5>
