Purpose<\/strong><\/h5><p>This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits and supplier charges are handled for TravRex bookings.<\/p><h5><strong>2. Supplier terms apply<\/strong><\/h5><p>Most travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. Refund eligibility depends on supplier terms, fare rules, hotel policies, tour operator terms, ticketing status and applicable law.<\/p><h5><strong>3. Cancellation by the traveler<\/strong><\/h5><p>You must cancel in writing. We will confirm the cancellation date as the date we receive your written request during business hours. Supplier cancellation charges and TravRex administration fees may apply.<\/p><h5><strong>4. Indicative cancellation schedule<\/strong><\/h5><p>Unless a package-specific schedule says otherwise: deposit may be non-refundable; 60+ days before departure may incur supplier costs plus admin fee; 30-59 days may incur significant charges; within 30 days may be fully non-refundable. This schedule must be replaced by final supplier-specific terms before launch.<\/p><h5><strong>5. Refund timing<\/strong><\/h5><p>Where a refund is available, TravRex will request funds from the relevant supplier. We will pay refundable amounts to you after we receive the money from the supplier and reconcile applicable fees. Refund timeframes vary by supplier and payment method.<\/p><h5><strong>6. Non-refundable amounts<\/strong><\/h5><p>Non-refundable amounts may include airline tickets, supplier deposits, payment processing fees, amendment fees, visa fees, insurance premiums, special event tickets, peak-season rates, no-show charges, and TravRex administration fees.<\/p><h5><strong>7. Supplier cancellation<\/strong><\/h5><p>If a supplier cancels a service, we will assist you to seek available remedies, which may include a refund, credit or alternative service depending on the circumstances, supplier terms and Australian Consumer Law.<\/p><h5><strong>8. No-show or unused services<\/strong><\/h5><p>No refund is guaranteed if you do not show up, arrive late, leave a tour early or choose not to use part of the itinerary.<\/p><h5><strong>9. Hardship and special circumstances<\/strong><\/h5><p>TravRex may consider special circumstances case by case, but any refund or credit remains subject to supplier terms and recoverable amounts.<\/p><h5><strong>10.
